Elegant Thread is the most reliable service we use. They give short appointment windows, show up on time, work quickly and diligently, and get the spots out of the carpet. We have pets, so we clean our carpets and furniture often. They are reasonably priced, give excellent service, and are very careful about their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants clean carpets and good reliable service.
