Elegant Thread is the most reliable service we use. They give short appointment windows, show up on time, work quickly and diligently, and get the spots out of the carpet. We have pets, so we clean our carpets and furniture often. They are reasonably priced, give excellent service, and are very careful about their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants clean carpets and good reliable service.

I am very satisfied with Elegant Thread Carpet Cleaners. I’ve used them (3) times. They are very competent and more skillful at their trade than others I have used. I have used other cleaners where my rugs were supersaturated; this has never occurred with this purveyor. They use a dampener device of some sort which after they clean the rugs which sort of finishes the process. I always add the scotch guard. They’ve cleaned our wall to wall berber carpet, wool area rugs, couches and dining room chairs.

The best carpet cleaners ever. I have had my carpets cleaned by them for many years. I love their biodegradable floor cleaners and carpet cleaning products. Safe around children and pets. No odors and works great! The carpet cleaning service is top notch. On time, very courteous, fantastic job cleaning and dries really quick. Highly recommend their service!
